There is that beautiful and rare phenomenon, called love at first sight. But with fashion, that's an occasional feeling when you see the perfect, dress, shoes or accessories that you must have, own and  parade in for your own and wonderful desire... until the next best thing. All loved fashionable clothes quickly become unloved and locked away in the depth of the wardrobe. Until the day the lover, sends their loved to the place of the loving, once again. Pre-loved stores. A haven where brand quality conscious buyers finally attained their most sought after brand at an affordable price. These timeless and statement pieces are loved, preloved and reborn again and again through all season and any season. There is art in clothing. There is always a wonderful gratitude and appreciation for the great arts of Chanel, Balmain, Baleciaga, Saint Laurent Paris, Alexander Mcqueen, Christian Louboutin Alexander Wang and Céline and all its other most desired fashion friends.

Photographing an editorial for the second hand luxury store, Lady Dandy  was a delight. Working with a new upcoming Model Alanis a young and rising model was such a pleasure. She has some serious game, as we shot out side in the cold. While the I and the and make up artist, Laetitia  where dressed to the max. in layers of jackets. It was a quick and simple shoot and I was very thankful with all the support and trust I had with the Brussel based model agency,  Charley Models.

Can you remember when you were at your happiest? With no fear, no judgement and no care in the world. Life was so delightful when we are children.  And the shoot would ultimately to be topped off with my beautiful friend, Anaïs Van Heyghen. Anaïs's style and charm inspired me for this shoot. I adore her glamorous personal style as it is a style so close to my own. Her look is always so put together, from head to toe and her European cool manner makes her sublime. I was immediately drawn to her and wanted to photograph her. I intended  to do a glamour shoot with her and put her in a familiar setting, but when the opportunity arrived to do something, even out of my comfort zone. I was super ecstatic to have her be part of it. I was curious to see her in a vivd universe.
